How to Use

• Magnesium Bath Flakes:
  • For body soaks, dissolve up to 6 cups in warm water
  • For foot soaks, use 3 cups
  • Relax and soak 20–30 minutes

• Magnesium+MSM Lotion:
  • Massage generously onto legs, arms, chest, or feet at nighttime before going to sleep. Consistent nightly use for at least two weeks is recommended for best results.
  • Apply on legs for restless leg relief and the bottoms of the feet before bed. You can also apply to any area where you feel discomfort. Just be sure to avoid broken skin or freshly shaven areas.
